One thing I’ve been noticing lately is how much I’ve been enjoying creating extra easy recipes. No matter how much you like to cook, (or not) you can never have too many simple recipes. Today’s baked chicken breasts make good use of basic pantry staple spices, and it’s incredibly flavorful. Sometimes it’s nice to spend time in the kitchen, but more often than not I just need to get something tasty on the table! This always means I need something extra simple without a mile long ingredients list. So if you’re in the same boat, this recipe is for you and it definitely doesn’t disappoint in the flavor department. This chicken is also a favorite of mine to meal prep for the week ahead. Once it’s all chopped up it’s easy to use in all sorts of things and make quick salads for lunches. The best part about this recipe it all the flavor, no boring chicken around these parts for sure!
