Chocolate mousse is one of those desserts you’ll say yes to, even when you’re too full for dessert. There’s still room for a couple of bites! There’s just something about its silky smooth texture and intense chocolate flavor that quickly satisfies your need for sweets. And before you run away as quickly as possible, don’t worry you can’t taste the avocado. I’ve tried both of these recipes out on lots of people who say they ‘hate’ avocado. Not only has everyone loved it, but they had no idea there was avocado in it. Avocado brings an incredibly smooth texture to this dairy-free mousse. Then it’s lightened up with a bit of coconut whipped cream, but you can also use my Best Whipped Cream (not dairy-free). From there it’s up to you whether you add your favorite toppings, or eat it plain. Our personal favorite way to eat this chocolate mousse is topped with whipped cream and raspberries.
